Since we start making our product only after you place an order, cancellation is not allowed[handmade or custom product] An exception can be made if you cancel your order within exactly 3 hours from the purchase time. Please place your order carefully and order with enough time to be delivered. If the product has been damaged or misplaced, please contact me as soon as possible and we will assist you immediately.

Due to the nature of the products made with natural wax, there may be small cracks or bubbles or the surface of the product can become slightly rough, both of which are not considered as defects for approving returns/refunds.

De Saint candles are handmade with natural ingredients without chemical components. Due to the characteristics of natural wax, the products are sensitive to temperature and humidity, which can result in contractions, cracks, or bubbles. This is a natural phenomenon of candles made with natural wax, so please use them with confidence.

Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight differences in color, weight, and size. ‘Made to order’ products are non-refundable, so please place your order carefully. We are not responsible for any product defects caused by personal carelessness. If the product has been damaged or misplaced, please contact me as soon as possible and we will assist you immediately.

Enjoy FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $50 within the US. De Saint Candles are meticulously handmade and inspected after each order. It typically takes 5-6 business days to craft your candle, with an additional 7-8 business days for delivery from the date of purchase. Rest assured, we're committed to delivering your order promptly. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

RETURN

Return 20days [General Product]

We're happy to accept returns within 20 days from the date of dispatch, as long as the products are unused and in resalable condition. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. For your peace of mind, we suggest using a registered service when returning items.
