Return 20days [General Product]

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is unused and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All returns must be approved prior to returning. To start the return process please email @desaintofficial.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only unused and in resalable condition will be accepted for returns within 20 days of the date item was delivered to you.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. please be aware that any returns that are final sale, receieved past the return by date or not in compliance with the return policy, will not be accepted and can be mailed back to you at your cost. if you do not wish to pay to have the item(s)mailed back to you, we will donate them.
